Lone Tree Cattle Company is a family owned farm that specializes in grass-fed, hormone free, naturally produced beef.  We produce our beef using true organic practices (no synthetic chemicals, 100% grass-fed).

             We believe in education, not only for our children, but also for our friends, neighbors, those who make up our community and our clients. Because of our belief in education we are devoted to working with different groups and agencies to inform livestock producers, consumers and the general public  in subject areas of sustainable livestock production.  These areas include soil fertility, animal nutrition, forage production, management intensive grazing, soil and water conservation and non-point source pollution.  We at Lone Tree Cattle Company have come to understand and value that the end result is always a product of the initial ingredients.  We also understand that the initial ingredients are dependent on a well managed organic soil fertility program,  i.e.

Good soil = Good forage, Good forage + Good management + Good Genetics = Good meat.
